Network access requirements
Some schools have firewalls that block certain domains and might prevent you from accessing Delightex. In order to resolve this, it is necessary to allow all of the domains needed to access Delightex's online platform and app.
Please contact your IT department and ask them to allow https connections (TCP port 443) to the following domains:
- delightex.com
- edu.delightex.com
- cdn.edu.delightex.com
- r1.edu.delightex.com
- r2.edu.delightex.com
- r3.edu.delightex.com
- cdn.r1.edu.delightex.com
- cdn.r2.edu.delightex.com
- cdn.r3.edu.delightex.com
